It's also great news for sellers of illegal vapes, who are also getting a shot in the arm from the vape tax soon. A law that forces them to sell from under the counter! What more could they ask for?

UK government approach to youth vaping shows the global spread of tobacco control obsession with youth. It is analogous to amputating an arm because of a minor inflammation in one finger. It will only backfire once the problems of living without an arm arise.
